About this spot

Roca Partida is the most remote of the Revillagigedo Archipelago — a 30m-tall rock rising from 1500m+ depths, 400km off mainland Mexico. The marine reserve is liveaboard-only access. Giant Pacific mantas (4-7m wingspan) interact with divers playfully, sometimes for entire dives. Schools of scalloped hammerheads, silky and Galapagos sharks, whale sharks, and seasonal humpback whales (Jan-Mar) make every dive a pelagic event. Strong currents, blue-water descents, expert-level only.
